Brazilian architect and designer Juliana Pippi has unveiled Linea, a new curtain collection created for Unilux and launched during Milan Design Week 2026.
Presented at Piloto Milano, part of the FuoriSalone programme, the collection draws directly from the codes of Italian tailoring, translating sartorial references such as pinstripes, cut, drape and precision finishing into interior textiles.

Tailoring translated into interiors
According to the designer, the collection was shaped by a long-standing admiration for Italy's creative culture and understated elegance. Natural fibres including cotton and linen are used throughout, aiming to convey lightness, structure and a discreet sophistication.
The range is organised into four colour families:
- Panna
- Pistacchio
- Grigio
- Cioccolato
Together, these tones create a restrained and timeless palette intended to complement different architectural styles and residential settings.
Sustainable fabrics and craftsmanship
The fabrics were developed exclusively for the collection with a sustainability focus. Unilux combines industrial engineering processes with hand-finished stages such as cutting, stitching and drape adjustment to ensure the material performs effectively in interior spaces.
The result, according to the brand, is a product that merges technical precision with tactile refinement, positioning curtains as architectural elements rather than decorative afterthoughts.

Piloto Milano showcase
This marks the second participation of Juliana Pippi in Piloto Milano, curated by Brazilian journalist and creative director Ricardo Gaioso.
The 2026 edition, themed Echoes of Elsewhere, takes place at Residenza Vignale, a historic 1905 residence located near the Rossana Orlandi district.
Growing Brazilian presence in Milan
The launch reflects the continued internationalisation of Brazilian design talent at Milan Design Week 2026. By combining Brazilian manufacturing with Italian cultural references, the Linea collection highlights the increasingly global language of contemporary interiors.
