The new 280m² store opened on 6 March in the Porte Océane retail zone and is the second location operated by franchise partner Clément Benzakin, who already runs a showroom in Vannes. The Auray site has been designed as an inspirational retail space focused on combining aesthetics, functionality and durability for residential projects.
The local team includes two in-house designers and two carpenters, offering end-to-end project support from planning through to installation, while also working with regional tradespeople across surrounding coastal areas including Carnac and La Trinité-sur-Mer.
The opening follows another recent launch in Caen/Mondeville and forms part of Noblessa's wider expansion strategy in the premium but accessible interiors segment.
The company said its sales performance rose by 32% in 2025, while gross revenue in January 2026 increased by 44%, marking a record start to the year. Average order values for fitted kitchens, including installation, now stand at around €18,000.
According to the business, growth has been supported not only by kitchen sales but also by demand for complementary furniture, décor and appliances. Noblessa added that results were achieved without relying on aggressive promotional activity.
The retailer said it remains focused on controlled pricing and widening access to higher-end products, as consumer interest in fitted kitchens continues to hold firm.
