Rotpunkt introduces Valley LX kitchen range blending classic detailing with contemporary materials

German manufacturer Rotpunkt has launched Valley LX, a new in-frame effect furniture range that reinterprets traditional country-style kitchen design through a contemporary lens, combining classic detailing with modern materials and modular flexibility.

Positioned as part of the brand's 2026 collection, Valley LX features a raised centre panel with a soft contour, designed to emulate the appearance of high-end bespoke joinery while offering a more accessible and adaptable system. The range is conceived for classic-contemporary kitchen schemes, where traditional aesthetics are integrated into modern living environments.

The launch showcases a layered material palette that includes wood, glass, metal and stone. Key elements include the new Industrial Style K25 fluted glass display units framed in smoked brass, alongside Memory RI hand-painted v-groove cabinetry in Beach Grey. These are paired with Dekton Aura 15 ceramic worktops and brass-gold bar handles, creating a combination of muted tones and metallic accents.

Valley LX is designed as a highly customisable system, offering more than 55,000 possible configurations across matt, gloss, wood and Fenix® finishes. The featured scheme uses a neutral grey tone with warm undertones, reflecting a broader shift towards natural and understated kitchen palettes.

The layout concept includes galley-style configurations with deep base drawers and elevated working heights, designed to improve functionality across cooking and cleaning zones. The cabinetry continues into integrated storage solutions, including dresser-style arrangements with glass-fronted shelving and concealed larders.

Material contrast plays a central role in the design language. Fluted glass units with integrated LED lighting introduce transparency and depth, while vertical groove detailing in Memory RI cabinetry reinforces rhythm and structure across the space. Oak accents and modular drawer inserts further enhance functionality while supporting a more personalised kitchen environment.

According to Rotpunkt's UK leadership, the Valley LX range responds to evolving consumer preferences for neutral tones, tactile materials and hybrid design references that merge traditional comfort with contemporary simplicity.

The launch also forms part of the company's wider sustainability strategy, "One Mission: Zero Emission", which includes carbon offsetting initiatives and the use of recycled wood-based materials such as BioBoard Gen2. The approach reflects an ongoing industry shift towards lower-impact production methods without compromising design quality.

With Valley LX, Rotpunkt continues to expand its offering in the fitted kitchen sector, positioning the range as a flexible system that balances aesthetic heritage with modern performance requirements.
