UK tile retailer Topps Tiles Plc has confirmed that incoming chief financial officer Caroline Browne will officially join the business on 26 May 2026.
Her appointment was first announced in December 2025 and follows the resignation of current CFO Stephen Hopson.

Browne joins from Watches of Switzerland Group Plc, where she serves as Group Finance & Investor Relations Director. She leads the finance function and was part of the team that delivered the company's 2019 initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange.
Chair Paul Forman said Browne brings significant finance and investor relations expertise gained at high-quality retail businesses, adding that her appointment supports the company's long-term growth ambitions and value creation strategy.
Chief executive Alex Jensen said her background in commercial finance, governance, risk management and investor relations would be valuable as the business continues to strengthen its market position.
The leadership change comes as Topps Tiles focuses on executing its growth strategy in the UK home improvement market.
