F. Ball and Co. Ltd. has appointed Jack Sant as its new Head of Sales for EMEA&A and the Americas, as the company looks to expand demand for its flooring preparation products and adhesives across international markets.
The new role covers Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, with responsibility for strengthening existing customer partnerships while identifying new commercial opportunities.

Growth focus across export markets
F. Ball said the appointment supports its international growth strategy as demand rises for professional-grade flooring installation systems beyond its core UK market.
Sant will also lead teams that support installers, retailers and wholesalers, including technical guidance, product training and project-specific recommendations for floor installations.

According to the company, Sant brings more than 15 years of commercial experience within the flooring industry, including management of international portfolios and building relationships across multiple markets and cultures.
F. Ball said his track record includes growing brand market share globally.
Commenting on the move, Sant said the company's reputation for quality and its expansion ambitions made the opportunity attractive.
