Designflooring GmbH has appointed Horst Dieckhöner as Head of Sales Retail for the DACH region, effective immediately. He will oversee retail sales for the Designflooring and mflor brands across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Dieckhöner brings decades of industry experience, alongside an established network spanning the painting and decorating trade, as well as wood and care product sectors. His appointment forms part of the company's strategy to strengthen its market position and expand brand visibility within the region.
According to Jakob Wüst, Dieckhöner's expertise and existing relationships are expected to support further growth. He noted that the new hire represents "an ideal addition" to the team as the company looks to build its presence across key retail channels.
The move reflects a continued focus on reinforcing sales leadership within the competitive DACH flooring market, where strong trade connections and sector knowledge remain critical to driving brand performance.
