Sourcebynet has announced the appointment of Lars Rudkjøbing as its new chief executive officer, effective 30 June 2026.
Rudkjøbing brings more than 20 years of experience within the global furniture industry and most recently served as chief commercial officer at ScanCom International. During his career, he has worked closely with furniture retailers across Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia.

According to the company, Rudkjøbing has already begun engaging with the business and will spend the coming months working across Sourcebynet's offices to familiarise himself with teams and operations.
The appointment also marks a leadership transition for long-serving CEO David Greer, who is stepping down after 22 years with the business, including seven years as chief executive. Greer will remain with the company as executive chairman.
Sourcebynet said the company's strategic focus will remain unchanged, with continued emphasis on working closely with retail customers, translating brand concepts into products, and delivering operational consistency across its sourcing and supply chain activities.
