Living by Design Virtual Showhouse opened third annual edition

The third annual Living by Design Virtual Showhouse has opened for online tours, presenting a fully virtual home created by leading designers and brand partners. Produced by Embello, this year's edition featured 11 designers, 12 sponsoring brands and a digitally rendered three-bedroom, three-bathroom property set in Texas.

According to organisers, the concept allowed designers to work without the constraints of budgets, physical materials or location, giving them freedom to explore more ambitious ideas.

Laiza Cors, founder and Chief Executive of Embello, said: "Virtual showhouses make inspiring, high-level design more accessible, opening the door to spaces that are not limited by budget, materials, or location, and can be experienced anytime, anywhere."

She added that the platform continues to expand what a virtual showhouse can achieve, allowing visitors to move through the home, interact with rooms and shop products directly.

The house was digitally created by YouSee Studio and included 13 designed spaces. Participants included Bobby Berk, who designed the kitchen, Corey Damen Jenkins, who created the living room, and Lori Paranjape, who designed the dining room.

The 2026 edition was presented in collaboration with LUXE Interiors + Design as national media partner, with an accompanying editorial feature in the May/June issue.

Sponsors included title partners Miele and Western Window Systems, alongside Ferguson Home and brands such as Baldwin, eggersmann, Emtek, Fabricut, Maxim Lighting, Ortal, Regina Andrew, Stark and Ultrasuede.

Visitors can explore the home room by room via desktop or mobile, with integrated shopping functionality. Organisers are also offering one participant a $5,000 home upgrade prize.
