For the year ended 31 March 2026, the group generated consolidated revenue of approximately PLN1.209bn (€285m). Estimated EBIT reached PLN53m (€12.5m), while EBITDA totalled around PLN109m (€25.7m).

Chief executive Maria Florczuk said the business remains focused on sustainable growth and strengthening its position as a stable partner in a changing market environment.

As part of its transformation plan, Forte will centralise logistics operations by moving from a decentralised warehouse structure to a single modern distribution model. A new 47,000m² distribution centre near Warsaw will consolidate finished goods inventory and order fulfilment, with the company expecting improved product availability, lower internal transfer costs and a more efficient supply chain.

The manufacturer is also reshaping production by concentrating cabinet furniture manufacturing at its Ostrów Mazowiecka and Suwałki facilities. Core cabinet production at Hajnówka will cease, although the site will remain active through PVC component manufacturing and hardware packaging operations.

In addition, Forte plans to expand upholstery production capacity at group company Specific in Białystok as it continues to diversify its product offering.

The company said the restructuring would be implemented without job cuts. Temporary labour usage will be reduced, while affected employees will be offered new roles within the group, supported by training and transition programmes.

Forte said the measures are designed to strengthen growth areas, lift efficiency and position the business for the future, with initial benefits expected ahead of the main 2026 sales season.
