During Salone del Mobile 2026, Italian furniture brand Bonaldo presented its latest collection and creative direction as part of its 90th anniversary celebrations.
Under the concept Architecture of Objects, the company unveiled a new immersive installation curated by Massimo Castagna, which transformed the stand into a layered architectural environment defined by volumes, surfaces and proportions.

A sculptural approach to contemporary interiors
The installation explored the relationship between furniture and space through a three-dimensional layout designed to create a coherent and harmonious atmosphere. The stand brought together new and ongoing collaborations with designers including Massimo Castagna, Alain Gilles, Mauro Lipparini, Fabrice Berrux, Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, Moritz Gründel and Spazioameno.
Together, the designers contributed to an expanded interpretation of the Bonaldo design language across living, dining and bedroom environments.

Materials took centre stage in Collection 26
At the heart of Collection 26 was a strong focus on materiality, with ceramics, marble, wood, glass and metals used as defining structural and aesthetic elements throughout the collection.
According to the company, the materials were selected not only for their visual qualities, but also for their ability to shape interiors and create long-lasting furniture solutions aligned with contemporary lifestyles.
