Reaffirming its commitment to singular design

Punt Mobles celebrates 45th anniversary with collection of novelties

Punt Mobles celebrates its 45th anniversary with a collection of novelties that reaffirm its commitment to singular design. At this edition of the Salone del Mobile, the firm is taking another step forward in its trajectory with a proposal that combines innovation, versatility and artisan excellence. Noteworthy among them is Magneto, a sideboard designed by Cory Grosser + Associates that reinterprets workspaces with its system of customisable magnets. Corte, by Víctor Carrasco, introduces a collection of armchairs with a subtle U-shaped backrest, devised to invite interaction and personalisation. In addition, Carrasco presents Coverage, a system of panelling covering planters that become an invitation to transform spaces into authentic landscapes of sophistication and warmth. Sebastian Herkner, meanwhile, has designed Ballet, a sculptural and mobile shelving system that redefines functional aesthetics.

Monica Armani's Dune collection grows with an oak table with a sculptural central foot full of details, as well as an innovative sideboard with integrated planter that fuses nature, functionality and design. Ludovica + Roberto Alomar expand the Velasco line with a table that maintains its sophisticated essence, while Vicent Martínez pays tribute to his iconic Literatura with Literatura Garden, a design classic that celebrates its 40th anniversary with aversion in dialogue with nature, thanks to its new proposal in teak designed for outdoor use.

In addition to the presentation of its novelties, Punt wanted to give a nod to some of the products that have marked the evolution of the firm by dressing them up in a festive style to celebrate its 45th anniversary. Thus, we see how the Literature Open movable part and the Sussex sideboard appear lacquered in high-gloss in vivid colours, the iconic Stockholm sideboard in an elegant bronze aluminium, and, in turn, the Chicago and Rio sideboards boast exclusive marbles.

In essence, each one of the pieces that Punt is showing at this edition of the Salone del Mobile seeks to emphasise the firm's purpose of continuing to transform spaces through craftsmanship and unique design.

BALLET by Sebastian Herkner
Inspired by the delicacy of music boxes, Ballet is a rotating shelf that transforms storage into a choreographic act. Designed by Sebastian Herkner, this piece is composed of three columns of different heights that bring dynamism and visual rhythm to the space. Each one of them features a unique finish -high gloss lacquer, oak or walnut wood and textured lacquer available in different shades-creating a play of contrasts between materials and textures.

Its modules combine doors and shelves, allowing for different storage configurations that are revealed with a fluid and precise twist. Beyond its functionality, Ballet introduces an element of surprise and sophistication, balancing lightness and solidity with a sculptural presence. A piece that not only organises space, but transforms it with movement, elegance and emotion.

Ballet is more than a shelf, it is a sensory experience that reinterprets the way we interact with objects and space.

Extension VELASCA collection By Ludovica y Roberto Palomba
The Velasca collection, designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, continues to grow, this time with theaddition of a table that continues to reflect the family's identity. An architectural, minimal series with pure lines, balanced proportions and handcrafted details that integrates naturally into any environment, whether residential, contract or hospitality.

The proposal presents a veneered oak top, accompanied at the ends by solid oak legs with a delicate chamfereddetail. Its essential design gives rise to a totally versatile piece available in different standard dimensions and awide range of special configurations.

The Velasca table not only highlights the natural beauty of the wood and its timeless warmth, but its balancedstructure and visual lightness reinforce the rigorous character of the details of the joint between the top and thelegs, making it a unique piece of craftsmanship.
