Carsico reinterprets a typically hidden technical element, the core drill holes used in marble processing, transforming it into a defining visual feature. Through a process of material subtraction, these cavities emerge along the column of the basin, creating a layered composition of solids and voids that enhances depth, light and shadow.

Hand-carved from marble by master craftsmen, each piece is unique, reflecting the natural variations of the material. The design embraces imperfections such as processing marks and grouting, positioning them as integral to the object's identity rather than elements to be concealed.

The washbasin takes the form of a monolithic column, balancing structural solidity with visual lightness. Its sculpted geometry and irregular cavities give it a strong architectural presence, suited to contemporary bathroom interiors and high-end hospitality environments.

Available in two diameters (50 and 55 cm) and across a range of marble finishes from the antoniolupi collection, Carsico offers flexibility for different interior applications while maintaining a consistent sculptural language.

With Carsico, Ulian translates a functional production process into a design narrative, elevating the washbasin from a utilitarian object to a statement piece within the bathroom space.
