Ripples has continued its UK expansion with the opening of a new showroom in Market Harborough, increasing its national network to 26 locations.
The latest store is located in The Old Town Hall on the town's high street and is owned by franchise partners Matt Walker and Teresa Walker. The showroom features products from premium European suppliers and is positioned as a destination for bespoke bathroom design and tailored renovation projects.

Management said the opening reflects confidence in premium home improvement demand despite ongoing pressure on wider consumer spending. The Walkers said Market Harborough's strong retail mix and active high street made it an attractive location.
Founded in Bath in 1988, Ripples has grown into one of the UK's best-known bathroom franchise networks, specialising in higher-end bathroom planning, design and installation.
The Market Harborough branch is the company's second opening of 2026, following a new Wimbledon showroom last month. In 2025, Ripples also added sites in Banstead, Walton-on-Thames, Bishop's Waltham and Norwich.
The continued rollout highlights how specialist kitchen and bathroom retailers are still investing in physical showrooms where customers value design consultation and product experience. Unlike broader furniture retail, bathroom purchases are often linked to renovation projects, which can support demand even in slower housing markets.
Ripples' latest expansion also underlines the resilience of franchise-led retail models, allowing brands to grow regionally while leveraging local ownership and customer relationships.
