Big Bang and Dormeo have introduced an artificial intelligence-driven approach to mattress selection, combining physical retail environments with digital tools to personalise the customer experience.
The initiative was presented at the Big Bang Mega store in BTC Ljubljana, Slovenia, where visitors were able to use an AI-powered simulator to analyse sleeping habits and receive a personalised mattress recommendation within minutes. The activation has now concluded, following its limited-time availability.
