Swedish luxury bedmaker Hästens has strengthened its presence in Germany with the opening of a new store in Stuttgart, marking a continued push into key European markets.

Located on Silberburgstraße in Stuttgart West, the showroom is operated by family business owners Nicole and Sebastian Amling. The space has been designed as a მშვიდ, experience-led environment, combining retail with personalised consultation. Separate display areas allow customers to explore different bed models tailored to individual comfort preferences, while a dedicated "Sleepspa" concept offers private testing in a relaxed setting.
The store also includes a configuration studio, enabling customers to customise products according to firmness and material choices. As part of the launch, visitors were given insight into Hästens' craftsmanship, including live demonstrations of hand-sewn mattress detailing, an artisanal process still carried out at the company's production facility in Köping, Sweden.
Hästens, which operates in around 40 countries with more than 250 locations globally, is known for its premium positioning and use of natural materials. The Stuttgart opening aligns with its broader strategy of enhancing experiential retail, where customer education and product immersion play a central role.
The brand's emphasis on wellness and sleep quality is reflected in the store concept, which aims to provide a calm, distraction-free environment amid the urban setting. By combining craftsmanship storytelling with experiential retail, Hästens continues to target high-end consumers seeking tailored sleep solutions.
The Stuttgart location adds to the company's growing network across the DACH region, reinforcing its presence in one of Europe's most competitive premium furniture markets.
