Bedquarters, home to over 250 employees across corporate, marketing, and merchandising teams since 2004, will now remain a permanent base for the business in the community where Dreams has operated for more than 40 years. Alongside its headquarters, the company runs its Bed Factory in Oldbury, West Midlands, producing over 1,900 products daily, and manages a nationwide network of more than 220 retail stores and 12 delivery centres.
CEO Jonathan Hirst described the purchase as "a hugely exciting milestone," adding that it reflects Dreams' ongoing commitment to its people, craftsmanship, and customers. Founder Mike Clare said he was "delighted" to see the building return to Dreams' ownership, calling it "a proud and enduring symbol of progress" and expressing satisfaction at its continued presence in High Wycombe.
Savills and Chandler Garvey represented the vendor in the transaction, while Dreams acted on its own behalf.
