The new location opened on 12 March at Magnocentro Avenue 45 in Interlomas, a key commercial district of the Mexican capital. Spanning around 400m² across two floors, the showroom has been designed to showcase KARE's bold and eclectic interiors concept through an immersive retail environment and curated product displays.
Chief executive Peter Schönhofen described Mexico as a highly dynamic market for the brand, adding that strong customer demand and positive developments in Mexico City support further regional expansion.
The company said the latest opening is only the beginning of its next growth phase in the country. Additional locations are already being planned in Mexico City, alongside new shop-in-shop concepts and future standalone stores in Monterrey and Mérida.
The expansion reflects KARE's broader strategy of increasing its footprint in Latin America, where demand for design-led furniture and home accessories continues to grow.
Known for its distinctive contemporary aesthetic and statement interiors pieces, KARE operates internationally through a mix of standalone stores, franchise partnerships and shop-in-shop formats.
With the new Mexico City opening, the company is positioning itself to capture further growth in one of Latin America's largest urban retail markets while bringing its signature design-led offering to a wider customer base.
