In the UK, a healthcare furniture specialist has appointed Matt Hesketh as its new Managing Director, succeeding Paul Kelly, who held the role on an interim basis for the past year.

Matt brings over 30 years of industry experience to the business, Repose Furniture , having held senior roles in both manufacturing and retail operations. His early career included positions at World of Leather, ScS and DFS, before spending the last 15 years at Anglia Home Furnishings, trading as Fabb Furniture, where he most recently served as CEO. During his tenure, he guided the business through two ownership transitions.
Repose Furniture, known for its bespoke healthcare seating and riser recliner chairs, highlighted Matt's strong background in sales and commercial strategy as a key factor in his appointment. 'His vision aligns with our commitment to quality, comfort, and care,' the company stated, adding that his leadership would help drive continued growth and support for its customers.
The company also paid tribute to outgoing MD Paul Kelly, thanking him for his contribution during a transitional period. Paul will now focus fully on his role as Managing Director of Evolution Healthcare.
