Last week (Nov 13-17) all managers from Danish retail chain Søstrene Grene were gathered for their annual leadership seminar. 'The days focused on change management, sustainable leadership and how everybody should find time for breaks and reflection during the workday', the brand says on LinkedIn.
P&C Manager Katrine Thorup Mortensen, says: “It’s been two great days in Silkeborg where our focus was on how we steer through some of the greater changes we are facing. That could be the SAP project, moving into a new office or some of the other large projects we are working on in Søstrene Grene.
We also had the opportunity to work with inner sustainability, sustainable leadership and how we can create a good balance in our work life. All this so that we can be something for others, for our employees and ourselves and so that we don’t get burned out.
Working with change management and inner sustainability are not easy disciplines, but the entire management group was great at supporting each other and listening to each other, and everybody was very committed to the important tasks that lie ahead.”
