West Elm and Pottery Barn are expanding their UK physical retail presence through a wider concession rollout with John Lewis.
The two brands, part of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., have announced that new concessions will open in several John Lewis stores during 2026, including locations in Glasgow and Liverpool. The move is set to give customers outside London greater access to both brands in person, building on their existing online partnership with John Lewis.

Pottery Barn, which entered the UK market in October 2025, has also opened a concession this month at Peter Jones, further extending its retail footprint.
Michelle Hummel, Executive Vice President Global at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., said: "Our expansion from John Lewis online into more John Lewis stores across the UK marks an exciting milestone for West Elm and Pottery Barn, allowing more customers to experience both brands beyond our London flagship store."
She added that the company already knows the products "resonate strongly with UK customers", noting that "the connection is even stronger when people can see and feel them in person".
Jason Wilary-Attew, Director of Home at John Lewis, said: "We are thrilled to bring the West Elm and Pottery Barn experience to more of our shops across the UK, building on the fantastic success we've seen online."
He added that John Lewis customers value "the opportunity to see and feel the quality of our curated collections in person", describing the rollout as part of the retailer's commitment to "offering a truly inspiring multi-channel shopping experience".
West Elm and Pottery Barn specialise in design-led furniture and homeware, and the latest expansion reflects continued demand for international interiors brands in the UK market.
