Lineadacqua Sensor builds on the original concept by integrating water delivery directly into the wall, removing the need for traditional tapware. The updated version introduces a touchless system, where water flow is activated and stopped through a simple hand gesture near a discreet slit in the wall.

The design eliminates all visible controls, with temperature and flow regulation managed through a concealed device within the cabinet. This approach allows the washbasin surface to remain uninterrupted, forming a continuous and minimal plane without taps or external fittings.

The removal of the knob marks a further step in the project's evolution, reinforcing its architectural character. By reducing visible elements, the system aligns with a broader design direction focused on essential forms and integrated functionality.

Presented as a patented solution, Lineadacqua Sensor reflects ongoing developments in bathroom design where technology and material expression are combined to redefine spatial and functional expectations.

The project contributes to wider discussions at Salone del Mobile.Milano on minimalism, user interaction, and the integration of smart technologies within interior environments.
