Marcel Kruysifix shares insights into the acquisition

Indes Fuggerhaus officially takes over GEOS Exclusiv

Indes Fuggerhaus Textil GmbH has officially taken over large parts of the GEOS range, including decorative fabrics, curtains, and selected upholstery fabrics. Marcel Kruysifix emphasizes the company's commitment to a smooth transition: 'It is very important to us that our customers continue to rely on continuity, quality, and reliable service. We have designed the handover so that it is as seamless and predictable as possible.'

The takeover covers almost all GEOS decorative fabrics and curtains, with only a few articles removed from the program. Upholstery fabrics will focus on the collections ENOA, DUO, PURO, and BORA. 'We have carefully evaluated the collections to ensure that the most popular and versatile fabrics are retained. Customers will see almost no interruption in their favorite selections,' Marcel adds.

The company will also continue to manufacture decorative fabrics and curtains. 'Sewing orders can be submitted as usual, and our team will manage them without disruption,' Marcel notes.

Integration, logistics, and customer service
The fabrics are now stored at Indes Fuggerhaus' Marienheide warehouse, and cutting and dispatch of customer orders has already started. Marcel highlights the company's operational readiness: 'We are making purchases to ensure that deliveries can resume quickly. We ask for a little patience during this initial phase, but our system is fully prepared to handle the transition.'

For pleated blinds, orders can continue using the known GEOS numbers. Marcel points out that with Indes Fuggerhaus' own modern sun protection production (currently under construction in Marienheide), the ordering process will remain simple and efficient from January 2026. 'Our goal is to make the process as familiar and straightforward as possible for our customers,' he says.

Looking ahead: a stronger offer for retail and projects
The integration of GEOS fabrics enhances Indes Fuggerhaus' portfolio significantly. 'We are not just expanding our range; we are strengthening our market position in both retail and project sectors. With almost 2,000 additional fabric rolls, our customers will have access to more variety than ever before,' Marcel explains.

He concludes: 'The combination of our established quality, reliable service, and the rich GEOS collections positions us perfectly to serve our clients better. We're excited to see how our customers respond to the expanded portfolio, and we're confident that this is just the beginning of a new chapter for Indes Fuggerhaus.'

More detailed information about the full acquisition will be publicly shared in early May, allowing customers and partners to fully understand the scope of the transition.
