Textilhogar exhibitors will be integrated into the Feria Hábitat València showcase

Exhibitors from the home textile sector will be fully integrated into the upcoming Feria Hábitat València, aligning with furniture, decoration, and contract sectors to offer visitors a comprehensive vision of the modern habitat. The move is designed to enhance business opportunities and attract high-level international buyers.

The decision was confirmed during a working meeting at the headquarters of the textile association ATEVAL, attended by a broad representation of associated companies and Textilhogar exhibitors. Participants included Pepe Serna, president of ATEVAL; José Ramón Revert, president of the Textilhogar Organising Committee; Vicente Pons, president of the Feria Hábitat Organising Committee; Daniel Marco, director of Feria Hábitat València; Máximo Solaz, director of Textilhogar; and Leila Bachetarzi, director of Internationalization at ATEVAL.

"The change in our trade fair model responds to a market reality that the sector itself had been raising for some time. Integrating textiles within a global vision of the habitat allows for greater coherence, visibility, and competitiveness, and places home textiles in the strategic position they deserve within design and decoration," stated Pepe Serna. He added: "The support of the companies confirms that the sector is ready to evolve and take advantage of the synergies offered by a more transversal fair, aligned with new consumption models, specification, and contract projects."

The integration will retain the 'Textilhogar – Home Textiles Premium' brand while reorganising exhibitor placement by style and product type to enhance the visitor experience. Finished home textiles such as mattress protectors and bed linen will be positioned in the sleep area alongside mattress manufacturers in Pavilions 3 and 4 on Level 2. Textile editors will showcase their work in Pavilion 2 on Level 3, next to design furniture brands, while upholstery and decorative fabric producers will occupy strategic locations within Pavilions 1 and 4 on Level 3.

The strategy reflects current market evolution and trends in design, decoration, and contract projects. The reverse trade mission organised by ATEVAL will continue, serving as a strategic tool to attract key international buyers and strengthen the global profile of textile companies.

From 28 September to 1 October 2026, Feria Valencia will host the joint celebration of Feria Hábitat València, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, and the new 360 by Cevisama initiative. The event is set to cover more than 110,000 m² of exhibition space with nearly 1,500 companies and brands, creating a major multisector platform around the habitat with strong international appeal.
