Nørgaard, who joined the company in 2001, has been part of the management team and has overseen operations for years. Onecollection confirmed the change, noting that Hansen and Sørensen will remain key figures as major shareholders and board members.
The company, best known for its House of Finn Juhl brand, highlighted its strong value-driven culture. A written statement read: 'As culture bearers and ambassadors, Ivan and Hans Henrik will continue in the company.'
Onecollection has focused on relocating production from Japan back to its Danish factories in Ringkøbing and Vejen. This move contributed to a healthier bottom line, with a 2024 profit of DKK 6.1 million, double that of 2023, despite stable turnover.
The reshuffle marks a new era for the manufacturer, with continuity in leadership and a firm commitment to its Danish production roots. The founders' ongoing involvement signals a steady hand guiding the company's future.
