Austrian premium furniture manufacturer Wittmann has announced the expansion of its popular BUN series, designed by Federica Biasi, with the addition of two new pieces: the BUN bed and the BUN Petit armchair. These new additions broaden the range's use across living, lounge, and bedroom interiors, blending timeless aesthetics with fine Austrian craftsmanship.

The new BUN bed redefines the bedroom as a retreat. With its softly moulded, fully upholstered base, it "gently surrounds the lying surface – like a protective nest," the brand states. The bed's organic silhouette deliberately avoids sharp edges, fostering "a feeling of security and tranquillity." Thanks to a fully upholstered back, it serves beautifully as a centrepiece, "an eye-catcher from all sides." Optional features include a leather-covered board that slides elegantly between mattress and frame, providing a refined shelf.

Crafted in Etsdorf, Lower Austria, the bed joins Wittmann's esteemed bed collection, known for precision and durability. Each mattress undergoes up to 115 meticulous steps, ensuring "sleeping comfort at the highest level."

Also new is the BUN Petit, a compact lounge chair designed for versatility in foyers, offices, and private spaces. 'With just a few lines, Federica Biasi has created a feminine, subtle shape and an incredibly practical piece of furniture with style,' notes Wittmann. It features the brand's signature pocket spring core and a 360° swivel base for ergonomic comfort. Refined upholstery and a perfectly piped silhouette reinforce the line's premium identity, while an optional cushion adds further support.
