Two of Denmark's leading design companies, have appointed Italian executive Elisabetta Scotti as chairwoman of their boards. The change took effect on 30 April 2025 and is confirmed through Denmark's CVR business register.

Along with Louis Poulsen and Audo Copenhagen, Scotti also assumes the role of Group CFO at Flos B&B Italia Group, the parent company of the two Danish brands. She replaces Alberto Toni, who served only seven months in the role. No official reason has been given for Toni's departure.

Scotti brings considerable industry experience, having previously worked as CFO for lighting manufacturer Flos for nine years and later at B&B Italia. She was also a director at PwC prior to 2015, specialising in financial due diligence and transactions. From 2020 to 2024, she served on the board of Flos Scandinavia, which operates from Copenhagen.

Louis Poulsen confirmed the leadership change in a written response and recently released its 2024 financial statements.

The leadership reshuffle marks a strategic move for Flos B&B Italia Group as it strengthens its executive management with experienced figures from within its own network.
