Grand Litier has expanded its urban presence with a new store in Beausoleil, strategically located near Monaco. Officially opened on 8 April by long-time franchisee Alexandre Giannotti and partner Caroline L'Abbe, this marks Giannotti's fifth store with the brand.
The new boutique, situated on the ground floor of a Belle Époque building at 35 avenue de la République, spans 170 m² and is half the size of a typical Grand Litier store. This compact layout led to a carefully curated selection of high-end bedding and multifunctional furniture.
The store showcases exclusive collections from prestigious names including André Renault, Tempur, Tréca, Beautyrest Luxury by Simmons, and Hôtel&Lodge. Emphasis has been placed on space-saving solutions such as convertible sofas and storage beds. Additionally, there is a dedicated area for textiles and accessories, featuring renowned French brands like Blanc des Vosges and Pyrenex.
The couple took over an independent bedding shop with a 40-year legacy, transforming it into a premium boutique tailored to city centre demands.
'The success of the first few days already demonstrates Grand Litier's ability to find its place in city centres, whatever the space and accessibility constraints,' the brand confirmed.
This move highlights Grand Litier's commitment to adapting its retail strategy to urban environments, delivering a premium experience even in reduced spaces.
