A century has passed since the first pieces of furniture were designed with tubular steel, and its capacity to create structures of great beauty, solid and light at the same time, aesthetically exposed as an exoskeleton, continues to be an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
Our Onsen collection, designed by Francesco Meda and David Quincoces, delves into this legacy left by the Bauhaus, seeking greater sophistication, within its inherent sobriety, through its relationship with other materials, such as its voluminous upholstery or its synthetic leather straps, which appear to be continuous.
'We developed this collection with the intention of conveying calm, just as it happens in Japanese architecture. We were inspired by rationality, by geometric and elementary forms that do not need a very ornate decoration.' - Francesco Meda & David Quincoces
Launched in 2022, the Onsen collection included sofas, armchairs, modules, and coffee tables to design living rooms and relaxation areas. The collection is now completed with a sunbed, a dining table, and its matching chair, designed to create integrated outdoor environments.

However, its elegant, simple, and subtle aesthetic allows Onsen to fit in both outdoor and indoor spaces, creating a link between both environments. The naturalness of its finishes, the simplicity of its forms, its versatility, and its timeless character make it a balanced combination, where the hardness of steel coexists with the warmth of synthetic leather and natural tones.
'Both the materials chosen and the essential aesthetic of Onsen ensure its durability, transcending seasons and fleeting trends. It is a collection designed to endure over time'. - Francesco Meda & David Quincoces
