Trump has proposed a 25% tariff on Mexican goods and 10% on Chinese imports. Despite concerns, such as for Kuka Home, many companies like land developer Cesar Santos remain optimistic about Mexico's strategic location.

Even with tariffs, many Chinese companies prefer Mexico to China. Some businesses are exploring relocation options, while local workers fear job losses more than price increases in the US.
