UK furniture and homeware retailer, The Cotswold Company, has reported a 15% rise in sales for the first half of FY25, reaching £40.1m. This reflects an 80% increase over five years, highlighting the company's strategic investments in digital marketing, product development, and store expansion.

E-commerce contributed 80% of total sales, driven by higher customer and conversion rates. The company's nine retail showrooms also saw significant growth, aided by new product categories and targeted digital marketing.
Customer numbers grew by 21%, and gross margins improved significantly.
To enhance customer service, the company opened a new depot in Swindon and launched the Cotswold Home Delivery Training Academy to expand its white-glove delivery service.
With its 10th retail store opening in Stamford and plans for further expansion, the company is poised for continued growth.
