On September 3, 2024, the UK-based DIY store Wickes launched its first new store in Scotland since 2013, located at Arnhall Business Park in Aberdeen. The company sells DIY products, kichens, bathrooms, tiles and more. The new 32,000 square foot store provides a comprehensive selection of home improvement products for both trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts.

The Aberdeen location features a showroom for bathrooms and kitchens, a paint mixing station, and an outdoor project centre. It is also the retailer's first store to include solar panels from SolarFast as part of Wickes' new Solar offering.
