Mobly, an e-commerce company specialising in furniture, has taken control of Tok&Stok, one of Brazil's largest furniture and home decor retail chains. The deal was valued at a minimum of R$ 112.3 million, according to an appraisal approved by Mobly's general shareholders' meeting.

Along with this acquisition, Mobly announced a significant capital injection into Tok&Stok, aiming to strengthen its presence in the Brazilian furniture and decor market.
