A French company is in exclusive negotiations with Calida Group to acquire Lafuma Mobilier, aiming to expand its presence in the home sector.
Following recent acquisitions in tools and eyewear, the company, Peugeot Frères Industrie, seeks to integrate Lafuma Mobilier into its portfolio, marking its entry into outdoor furniture. Established in 1954 and known for its 'Entreprise du Patrimoine vivant' and 'Made in France' labels, Lafuma Mobilier produces over 600,000 outdoor furniture items annually, distributed in 40 countries with a turnover of €48.9 million in 2023.
