Amazon has announced €40 million investment to enhance the skills of its workforce through its Career Choice programme across Europe, marking the 10th anniversary of the programme.

This initiative will include adding over 25 new training programmes. Career Choice provides employees with access to tuition funding for nationally recognised courses.
The investment in the UK alone provides 95% of tuition worth up to £8,000 over four years for from over 20 UK training providers. Findings from an Amazon study reveal that a quartre of UK workers cannot afford skills training independently, underscoring the program's relevance.
