For over a decade, 3daysofdesign has been a platform where dreams meet reality, showcasing the innovative minds that shape the creative landscape of tomorrow.
'Integral to our ambition was a desire to provide a platform for visionaries to realise their dreams through the power of community and connection,' the organisation says. This sentiment echoes the core philosophy of 3daysofdesign, which was founded with the vision of celebrating and empowering those who dare to dream. The festival aims to connect visionaries, fostering a community where creativity knows no bounds.
'Dreams are the gateway to our innermost thoughts. A springboard for the imagination, free from limitations rooted in practicalities. It's within this dreamscape that unconventional ideas and solutions are born,' says Signe Byrdal Terenziani, CEO of 3daysofdesign. This perspective has inspired the theme for this year's festival: DARE TO DREAM.

Bigger than ever
Hundreds of events, 11 districts, and one unifying theme: DARE TO DREAM. This year's festival is poised to be the largest yet, reflecting a steadfast commitment to promoting innovative design, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
Over 350 exhibitions will be spread across Copenhagen, taking place in streets, showrooms, galleries, and event spaces. This diverse program promises to offer a wide array of perspectives and disciplines within design, making 3daysofdesign 2024 the most expansive festival in its history. With brand collaborations, group exhibitions, new showrooms, and more, the festival is set to inspire and engage a global audience. It is only fitting that the visual identity for this year's festival has been crafted by the renowned Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). 'We believe that with an array of different perspectives, we can achieve much more than as individuals. When we all come together, we become a kind of powerhouse. An ethos we share with 3daysofdesign,' says Paula Madrid, BIG's Global Graphic Design Manager.
