W. Schillig is set to conclude the insolvency proceedings that began in late 2023 under its own management. The German furniture company faced severe financial difficulties, leading creditors to agree to an insolvency plan. The manufacturer has now completed all promised payments to creditors, social plans, and procedural costs. With a few formal legal matters now resolved, the court will soon close the procedure.
