Olivieri: 'We are a hybrid of industry and carpentry'

Following the successful introduction of the Dress Code system, Olivieri presented itself at the Milan Design Week with a dual showcase: at Pavilion 14 F-28 of the Milan Furniture Fair and at its flagship store in Milan.

The brand's trajectory is geared towards enhancing and perfecting the home project, focusing on integrating and standardising finishes for the living area and kitchen. Special attention is given to the world of finishes and customisation, emphasising the code of design.

'I believe that if Olivieri is experiencing a period of strong growth today, it is probably because there has been a correct reading of the market's needs based on the characteristics of the production and operational structure. Our strategy has been to approach custom design with different characteristics from those of typical industrialized entities, highlighting our DNA: carpentry. Olivieri is not a classic carpentry workshop. We are a hybrid of industry and carpentry. Probably a unique company in its kind, and based on these characteristics, we are advancing our brand project,' explains Michele Sartini, CEO of Olivieri.

The booth at Milan Design Week was designed by the Milanese studio lualdimeraldi, which has been in charge of Olivieri's artistic direction since early 2023. This year, it expanded to 250 square meters for the first time, and was developed on a single floor.

The layout of the floor plan aimed to convey to visitors the concept of an open space where the living room, dining area, and kitchen merged. Special attention was also given to the heart of the stand: the bedroom, emphasizing Olivieri's DNA and origins.
