Roca Group acquires Nosag and IneoCare, both companies dedicated to the production of bathroom and toilet assist devices. The operation reinforces Roca Group's position in Central Europe, and is a further step in its commitment to innovation, this time focused on a population segment (over 65s) which already accounts for 20% of Europe's population and which is permanently growing.
Nosag and IneoCare, dedicated to the production and commercialisation of bathroom and toilet assist devices aimed at people with reduced mobility or the senior segment, is present in the Swiss market, although Roca Group plans to extend the selling of these products to all the markets where it operates.
Nosag and IneoCare, until now owned by founder Armin Zeder and based in Dintikon (Switzerland) and Dobroszyce (Poland) respectively, are pioneers and specialists in this segment of bathroom aids.
Nosag, founded in 1977, has almost half a century of experience, while IneoCare was founded in 2020 by Nosag itself to manufacture and supply most of its products.
For the group, this is a strategic move given the complementarity of the portfolio of both companies with the current catalogue of products offered by its two global brands (Roca and Laufen), thereby reinforcing its line of "total care concept" products, and will allow it to reach all those people who, as well as being committed to design and usability, need more practical and comfortable devices adapted to their personal circumstances.
