berbel, the German specialist in extraction systems, announces the expansion of its management team. With the appointment of Vera Beerboom and Jens Göcke, the company takes further steps in the framework of its strategic realignment. The decision follows the appointment of Dr. Patrick Jung as interim CEO in August of last year. Since then, Dr. Jung has implemented significant measures to restructure the company and prepare it for economic challenges. Andreas Wolfsholz, who has been CFO at berbel since January 2020, will continue to oversee the company's financial affairs. With his extensive expertise in financial management and controlling, he plays a key role in consolidating berbel's financial stability and supporting future growth.
'We are in a time of rapid change, where it is crucial to remain flexible and adapt to new requirements,' explains Dr. Patrick Jung. 'Our expansion of the management team aims to strengthen our competitive position and successfully position the company in a dynamic market, also in the long term.'

Vera Beerboom, who has been responsible for the company's HR department since October 2019, is now appointed as a member of the management team, responsible for enhancing employee engagement and developing staff at berbel. Leveraging her years of experience and profound knowledge, she will actively promote the company culture and optimize the potential of the employees.
Jens Göcke, who has been Head of Production since July 2021, will now take on the role of overseeing the Supply Chain Management department. In his new position, he will further enhance the efficiency and capacity of supply chains to ensure reliable delivery to customers.
