The new Kauno Baldai building was chosen as the best project of the year by Delfi Lietuva readers in the competition "For Sustainable Development" organised by Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association. This is mentioned by the SBA Group on LinkedIn. Kauno Baldia is the SBA Group's soft-furniture manufacturer.

The new factory replaced the old buildings. Built in one and a half years, the investment in the construction and equipment of the Kauno Baldai factory amounted to around €30 million.
