Homes and offices are adapting to changes in the way we live and work. Within the Working area at Ambiente, Future of Work will open up new perspectives on office organisation ideas and solutions.
The architecture firm MTTR Architekten + Stadtplaner from Berlin has developed some modern, flexible workspaces for this area. Each stages a different scenario: Socialise, Collaborate, Concentrate and Educate.
The Future of Work Academy will provide inspiration with its full, high-calibre programme. On Friday 26.1.2024 the focus will be on office trends, speakers include interior designer Natascha Ninic on coaching not leading, and the importance of valuing employees. Saturday 27.1.2024 will be Architect Day, when architectural lighting designer Carla Wilkens will shed light on creating atmosphere in the workplace through illumination.
