The Mangas Original and Mangas Space collections, designed by Patricia Urquiola for Spanish rug and textile design brand Gan rugs, marked a before and after in the world of design with their modular and three-dimensional elements. Now, Mangas Outdoor reflects the same volume, texture, and comfort with materials specially designed for outdoor use, including rugs and covers made by hand with 100% recycled PET.
'Outdoor designs such as Mangas Outdoor are an extension of our living spaces, whether it’s for work, relaxation, or entertainment, and can help to offer a whole and cohesive experience that enhances our quality of life', says Urquiola. 'We chose colours that evoke the natural landscape, such as terracotta, stone grey, white, and touches of blue.'
