Antoine Colin has been named as the new CEO of Adova Group, a leading French manufacturer of bedding and sofa beds. The announcement was made on April 18 by Charles-Henri Déon, the President of Adova Group.
Antoine Colin brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having played an instrumental role in the restructuring and growth of several SMEs and ETIs (Intermediate-sized companies), including Adova Group, since its acquisition by Perceva in 2016. With a master's degree in corporate finance from ESCP Business School, Colin boasts over a decade of experience in operational and financial support for businesses.
In his new capacity as CEO, Colin will work closely with Charles-Henri Déon to lead Adova Group and execute its strategic vision. Déon expressed his enthusiasm for Colin's appointment, highlighting his deep understanding of the company, his expertise, and his ability to collaborate effectively with teams. The move is seen as aligning with Adova Group's trajectory of development and growth, reinforcing its position as a responsible and leading player in the industry.
Established in 2016, Adova Group has grown to become a prominent player in the French bedding and sofa bed market. Its annual turnover, standing at 160 million euros as of 2022, underscores its significant market presence and financial stability.
