17.1% more visitors at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2024

With 17.1% more visitors than in 2023, the Salone del Mobile.Milano 2024 saw a record turnout with 361,417 attendees overall (100,000 more than in 2022). An excellent result for professionals, which were up 26.8%, 65.8% of them from abroad.

The data which, once again, confirm the key role of the Exhibition in the internationalisation of the companies in the sector, the value of networking, as well as the catalysing force of an event that has gone beyond the perimeter of the trade fair dimension.

The top 15 market geographies saw China make a great comeback, followed by Germany, Spain, Brazil, France, the United States, Poland, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, India, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan and Austria.

Prominent trends observed at Salone del Mobile.Milano:
-Table legs in various shapes and materials.
-Extremely large furniture pieces.
-Continued presence of organic forms and sustainability.
-Abundance of colour! Warm tones like terracotta, Peach Fuzz (by Pantone), dark red, and orange are particularly popular.
-Aluminium making a comeback in both frames and kitchens.
-Patterns on fabrics, wallpapers, and products.
-Marble shifting towards warm tones with red, orange, and rust colours.
-Indoor meets outdoor and vice versa.
-Combination of materials, such as leather and fabric.
-Many companies collaborating and sharing their stands.
-Many Asian attendees, both visitors and exhibitors.
-Eurocucina was very well attended.
-Long queues for renowned Italian brands.

The Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025 will take place from 13th till 18th April 2025.
