Molteni&C opens the first Flagship Store in Cyprus in partnership with C. Askotis Retail, a
major player in Cyprus' furniture retail market whose commitment to excellence is evident
in its curated product range, emphasizing the joint commitment of both companies to
excellent design and service. This collaboration not only sets a new standard for hig-end
living in Cyprus, but also leaves an indelible mark on the island's design landscape, shaping its future with an unparalleled blend of heritage and contemporary elegance.
The Molteni&C Flagship Store in Nicosia offers a refined high-end space that displays the
brand's collections, from kitchens to wardrobes, combining aesthetics and functionality
for diverse tastes. Molteni&C's Kitchen designs are carefully tailored, blending form and
function. The wardrobe cabinetry and furniture collection showcase meticulous attention
to detail and unparalleled craftsmanship, using the finest materials to elevate spaces with
sophistication.
Spanning over almost 200 square feet, the Store immerses visitors in the timeless Italian
style of Molteni&C, offering an interactive retail experience where customers can explore
personalized guidance from expert design consultants. Beyond retail, the store serves as
a hub for creativity and innovation, fostering collaborations with designers and architects
to advance design boundaries.
The Flagship Store is a conceptual celebration, an ode to the protagonists of the
architecture world. Within the walls of the store are works by great masters and designers
of cities, spaces, interiors, and furnishings, such as Vincent Van Duysen, Jean Nouvel,
Foster + Partners, Ron Gilad, Yabu Pushelberg, Herzog & de Meuron, to name a few. In
line with Molteni&C's ethos, the space exudes the idea of a cozy, reassuring and
welcoming home, but one that also succeeds in evolving with the times.
From the main entrance a living area welcomes guests into the store. The room features
Augusto sofas and Regent coffee table, designed by Creative Director Vincent Van Duysen and Porta Volta chairs designed by Herzog & de Meuron, together with Van Duysen's Hector project of upright modular bookcases lines the wall.
The VVD island is the centerpiece of the first kitchen area, surrounded by Atelier Column
and Paul sofa, all designed by Vincent Van Duysen.
Proceeding within the space, visitors discover a central living area featuring a Mateo table
in marble, designed by Van Duysen.
The Gliss Master wardrobe offers a sophisticated fusion of aesthetics, functionality, and
quality craftsmanship designed to meet the most discerning needs.
Guests are delight in discovering the last kitchen area featuring Tivalì 2.0 kitchen,
completed with the Intersection Island by Vincent Van Duysen and elegent Devon stools
by Rodolfo Dordoni. The result is a high impact setting that showcases the Molteni&C collection in all its splendor, with the aim of creating a warm, welcoming, experiential layout to inspire the culture of living well.
