Duravit AG and CEO Stephan Patrick Tahy have jointly decided to end their cooperation by mutual agreement. Both parties will go their separate ways. The decision follows a period of consultation between the supervisory board, the owners, and Tahy regarding the company's future strategic direction.

According to Duravit AG, the decision was reached after an open and constructive exchange, during which it became clear that their views on the company's future direction no longer aligned. On this basis, it was jointly agreed to conclude the cooperation at an appropriate time.
The supervisory board and the owners expressed their appreciation for Tahy's contribution during his tenure. Reference was made to his role in implementing strategic steps and initiating further developments during a period of change.
Gregor Greinert stated on behalf of the supervisory board and owners: "We expressly thank Stephan Patrick Tahy for his commitment to Duravit AG and for the valuable ideas he has brought to the company. In a time of change, he has set strategic milestones and initiated further developments. We wish him every success and all the best for his further personal and professional career."
Stephan Patrick Tahy said, "I look back on my time at Duravit with great appreciation. Together with a dedicated and international team, we were able to take important steps for the further development of the company. Duravit AG will provide further information on the future composition of its management at a later stage. In the meantime, responsibilities will be shared among current board members Martin Winkle (CFO), Thomas Stammel (COO), and Michael Demmer (CTPO), who will jointly assume leadership on an interim basis.
