osapiens has launched its new EASY START product line on 8 April 2026, aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in meeting European sustainability legislation. The software solution responds to increasing pressure from regulations, as well as demands from customers, banks and supply chain partners for transparent and verifiable data.

With EASY START, osapiens specifically targets organisations that do not have extensive compliance teams or advanced data processes in place. By using preconfigured workflows, plug-and-play applications and ready-made templates, the solution lowers the barrier to reporting and documentation.
According to the company, the software not only supports compliance but also delivers business benefits. Companies that have their sustainability data in order can benefit from improved financing conditions and a stronger position within the supply chain.
"With EASY START, we bridge the gap between complex regulations and the day-to-day reality of SMEs," said Julian Mayer. "Our goal is to offer our powerful technology in a way that enables companies to get started immediately, without lengthy implementation processes or heavy internal burdens."
The product line consists of several modules addressing different compliance and operational needs. Reporting Essentials supports the collection and management of sustainability data, including templates for VSME and GRI, and offers features such as automated reporting and an integrated carbon footprint calculator. The EUDR module helps companies demonstrate that products are deforestation-free through automated traceability and risk assessment.
In addition, the PPWR module focuses on providing insight into packaging data and compliance with European regulations on recyclability and material composition. CMMS offers an accessible entry point into digital maintenance management, with features such as real-time monitoring and automatic task allocation. Finally, FCR supports companies in meeting European fisheries control requirements through efficient data exchange across the supply chain.
The EASY START offering will be further expanded in the coming period with additional solutions for SMEs.
