British bedmaker Harrison Spinks has announced its expansion into China through a strategic partnership with Sleep Comfortably (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd, marking a significant step in its international growth strategy.

The fifth-generation manufacturer, with more than 185 years of heritage, will introduce its British Luxury Collection to the Chinese market via a flagship store, with further retail locations and in-store galleries planned as part of a phased rollout. The move aims to position the brand within China's premium sleep segment, responding to increasing demand for high-quality, design-led lifestyle products.
The partnership leverages the local expertise of Sleep Comfortably, described as "one of the country's leading manufacturers and retailers" with a strong track record in developing luxury sleep brands across China. The collaboration will also extend to Hong Kong, broadening the brand's regional reach.
Harrison Spinks' mattresses are handcrafted in the UK and combine traditional techniques with innovative engineering. The British Luxury Collection incorporates responsibly sourced materials, including "traceable British wool, cashmere, and flax," reflecting the company's focus on sustainable luxury and vertically integrated production.
