Cuisine Plus has reported solid growth in 2025, with revenue rising 5.5% and like-for-like sales up 7.5%, despite a "still mixed" fitted kitchen market.
The brand, part of the FBD Group, attributed performance to increased customer appointments, a 3% improvement in conversion rates and higher volumes of qualified leads. Its franchise network also played a key role, with nearly 15 new franchisees joining over the past three years.

To build on this momentum, Cuisine Plus has launched a three-year transformation plan aimed at repositioning the brand in the "soft-premium" segment. The strategy includes refining product ranges, improving price clarity and enhancing the in-store customer experience.
The company aims to increase average annual revenue per store to between €1.6m and €1.7m, representing around 10% growth, while strengthening franchisee profitability. Network expansion is expected to resume from 2027 once the transformation is complete.
Customer satisfaction remains strong, with an NPS of 70 and the brand recognised as "Customer Service of the Year 2026".
CEO Franck Ecalard described 2026 as a "pivotal year" in establishing a more desirable and higher-quality offer.
