A major private housing development led by Jysk heir Jacob Brunsborg has drawn significant attention near Silkeborg, with the project reportedly valued at over DKK 340m.

Brunsborg, chairman and co-owner of Lars Larsen Group, has been developing the luxury villa project over several years. Described by an insurance broker as one of the largest private residential builds in recent times, the scheme has stirred debate locally and reached the attention of municipal leadership.
Despite the scale of the development, Brunsborg has declined to comment publicly to Børsen, though he has previously acknowledged the project in local media.
